Things might change a little as the Con draws closer (especially the anime viewing room), but this is the schedule as things currently stand for you congoers.
Saturday
10:00am: Registration officially starts (you can potentially register earlier if you came on friday and if the con is set up earlier then scheduled), and Heroman will be playing in the anime viewing room.
11:00am: Opening Ceremonies start. All sorts of crazy stuff happens in Opening Ceremonies. We set the con's main game (which will be found in your booklets), we let some of the guests say hello, and officially start the con. Bamboo Blade will be playing in the anime viewing room.
12:00pm Special Guest Comedian Aaron Pabon will be performing on stage after the Opening Ceremonies. The Speed Friending games will start in the Ballroom, and I will be hosting the Parents introduction on anime panel in the Forum (panel room). Haruhi Season 2 will be playing in the anime viewing room. The Mario Kart Tournament will be held at 12pm-2pm
1:00pm Vic Mignogna will have his panel in the ballroom, the how to run a panel while vic is on stage panel will be in forum, and the Disgaea anime will be playing in the anime viewing room.
2:00pm Seraphin the Otaku bellydancer will be on stage in the theater, Dodgeball will be in the plaza if the weather allows it, and the Cosplay 101 panel will be running in the forum. Vic's autograph session will be directly after his panel from 2:00pm-3:30pm. The brand new anime Kaicho wa maid sama will be in the anime viewing room. Capcom vs. Tatsunoko's tournament will be at 2:00pm-6:00pm
3:00pmLittle Kuriboh will be doing his panel in the Ballroom, an eechi panel will be in the theater (16+), and Valkyria Chronicels will be playing in the anime viewing room. Little Kuriboh's Autograph session will continue after his panel from 4:00pm-5:00pm
4:00pm The AMV contest will be in the theater, Random Battles will be in the Ballroom, and a Web Comics panel will be in the forum (Panel room). Toaru Kagaku no Railgun will be playing in the anime room.
5:00pm Kareoke will be held in the Theater, Cosplay Prejudging will take place in the ballroom at this time, and The Abridged community will meet up with some famous abridgers coming in on skype. LK will probably visit this panel as well. The new anime Angel Beat will be in the anime viewing room as well.
6:00pm I will start an anime Movie in the Theater (probably one of the new Evangelion movies) from 6pm-8pm. The Cosplay contest will take place in the ballroom. A very educated Cyber Punk panel will be in the forum, and Gundam 00 will be playing in the anime viewing room. The Super Smash Bros Brawl Tournament will be held from 6pm-11pm if need be.
7:00pm Special Guest Robert Axelrod (voice of Lord Zedd in Power Rangers, and Wizardmon in Digimon among many other things) will be in the Ballroom during this time. The AMV 101 Panel will also take place during this time for those who want to learn how to make amv's. Baka to Testo's anime will be playing in the viewing room at this time. Axelrod's autographs will be from 8:00pm-9:00pm.
8:00pm The Dating Game Improve comedy skits that might (based off the old Dating Game show but with cosplayers representing their characters) will be in the theater. A university band will open for Lisa Ray at 8:30pm, and a Props making panel will take place in the forum. Eden of the East will be playin in the Viewing room.
9:00pm Special Musical Guest Lisa Ray will be performing in the ballroom. A l o l i t a panel will be in the forum, and Sora no Woto will be in the anime viewing room.
10:00pm The Yuri Panel (age restricted) will be held in the theater, The Rave Starts in the Ballroom, A So you want to go to Japan Panel will be held in the forum, and Umineko no nako nori ni will be playing in the viewing room.
11:00pm The H e n t a i (18+) will be in the Theater, The Rave continues in the Ballroom, Learn the Miku Miku Shite areu dance during this time. Detective Conan and Ruroni Kenshi will play during this time. A short Rock Band Tourny will be at this time till 1:00am.
12:00pm The Yaoi Panel will be in the theater, Aaron Pabon's Midnight comedy show will be in the Ballroom, A Gal Game panel will be held in the forum, and Kuroshitsuji will be in the anime viewing room.

Sunday

10:00am Vic might meet with a cosplay group who wants him to talk on the Christian gospel during sunday I'm sure outsiders can attend if they want. Skip Beat will be playing in the anime viewing room.
11:00am Little Kuriboh, Vic Mignogna, and perhaps even Robert Axelrod will appear in a panel together at this time. The Ballroom will be setting up but at this time you can enter and hear from a Radio station. G-Gundam will be playing in the Viewing room. A Blaze Blue Tournament will be in the Game room as well 11am-2pm.
12:00pm Panyo will be playing in the theater untill 2:00pm. A Matsuri Japanese festival put on by the University's Japan Club will run from 12:00pm-3:00pm. It will have Taiko Drums, Karate demenstrations, and a Japanese Kimono and such fashion show. The Fashion show starts at 12:00pm, and the Hare Hare Yukai dance panel is in the Forum. A High Tea part will be in the Maid Cafe at this time as well. Yu Yu Hakusho and Sailormoon will play during this time.
1:00pm Taiko Drums and Karate will be in the Matsuri at the Ballroom. I will run a how to Run a Convention panel/Anime Club panel at this time in the forum. A Ball Jointed Doll Meetup will be in the Maid Cafe during this time as well. K-ON!! will be playing in the viewing room.
2:00pm The guest will use this chance to say goodbye and thank you to their guests real quick before they need to leave. The Matsuri continues, and their is an Armor making panel in the forum. Tokyo Mew Mew will be in the anime viewing room. The Bomberman Tournament will start in the Game room at this time.
3:00pm Kareoke might be moved to this time if the AMV contest turns out to be longer, Japanese 101 will be in the forum, The Tokyo Mew Mew Tea Party will be in the maid Cafe. Ouran Host club and Card Captor Sakura will be playing during this time.
4:00pm Our crazy Closing Ceremonies will take place at this moment. The final Skit, AMV contests winners will be announced, (though you can check saturday night in the maid cafe), Any Raffle prizes not picked up will be re-raffled and the Overall game winner of Light vs. Dark will be decided.
5:00pm Bama SoS Brigade Q&A. Ask questions and tell us what you liked about our con, but more importantly tell us what you didn't like about our con. We want to make you happy so please give us any complaints to see if we can improve our convention even further for you in the future.

As I said it isn't set in stone yet, but this is the current schedule.

We also have a Table top Gaming room with Yu-Gi-Oh, D&D, Werewolves, Apples to Apples, and much more. These games are all very fun and games like Werewolves and Apples to Apples are funny/ interactive for any type of person.

The reason why the spaces between the words H e n t a i and L o l i t a is because it seems our forums hosts consider those words banned. H e n t a i, I understand but seriously L o l i t a? lol. I understand the book, but seriously it is considered a piece of literature. The style is nothing to be banned as well haha.

OMG! After the opening cerimonies I need to gain the ability to be in 2 places at the same time until 4pm the most awesome stuff is all at the beginning. This is gonna be intense!

A change is needed in three panels. The l o l i t a panel needs to be changed to 6pm the Cyber Punk will be moved down to 7pm, the AMV 101 panel will be moved to 8pm, and the Props panel will be moved to 9pm. We had a schedule problem that needed to be fixed.

Fixed schedule. I doubt this will be the only change.

Oh thank God the AMV competition won't interfere with my brawl tournment! awesome ^.^ i can't wait to see how this turns out im really pumped for the CON and i really like all the tournments that made the cut.

I would love the Haruhi movie at the con but so far the only thing available is what people have illegally filmed in the the theater. Because the movie is still in theaters today even though it's over 2 mounths old. It was such a huge box office hit that we will have to wait until next year to show it. (unless you want to watch a subbed video of a guy who video taped the film at the movie theaters.)

Idk about a service but he would do a little something to talk with this cosplay group that requested this. This is simply something between Vic and this Cosplay group.
